WHY NOT BLUE PLASTIC PACKS?
Cold Bullion™ creates real, drinkable ice. Reusable plastic gel packs become dead weight after use — they can't hydrate you, they contain chemical gel, and they take up space without adding value. Cold Bullion™ ice is pure water. When it melts, it becomes your drink.
FAQ
How long does it take to freeze?
Approximately 24 hours in a standard home freezer. Larger thermal mass takes longer than standard ice cubes — plan ahead.
How do I release the ice?
Run warm water briefly over the outside of the mold. The 3-degree draft angle and food-safe PP construction allow clean release without cracking or forcing.
Will the mold crack?
No. The mold is constructed from food-safe polypropylene, which is flexible and impact-resistant. It is designed for repeated use over years, not single-use.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the high-gloss finish. The material is food-safe and easy to rinse clean.
Does it fit my cooler?
Cold Bullion™ is compatible with YETI®, RTIC®, Pelican®, Engel®, and most rotomolded coolers. The ingot is designed to lay flat across the cooler floor as a thermal foundation layer.
