  • The 30-Day Field Test: Put it into service. Freeze a full cycle. Pack your cooler for a weekend trip. If the thermal performance doesn't upgrade your experience, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
  • The Lifetime Mold Warranty: If your Cold Bullion™ Ingot Mold ever warps, cracks, or fails under normal freezing conditions, we will replace it. Period.
To Initiate a Return: Email support@coldbullion.com with your Order # and a photo of the issue. We will issue a return label immediately.
